The shoes remind me of the sorts nuns wore. Quite a few years ago I would buy similar ones in this Catholic thrift shop. Most of them were only available in huge sizes, so it was rare to find a 5 or 5. Why do nuns have such big feet?
Ooops I meant a size 5 or 5.5.
Anyway, Tumblr has made me lazy, so I just updated this post with your musical selection.

Tanuki just caught another big rat and brought it inside.
I pushed him back outside and he played dead for a bit and seems to be OK now.
