How to eat well in spite of it all

via Found in Mom's Basement: Vintage ad for Kraft mac & cheese resigns itself to 1975's crappy economy
Tonight's dinner doesn't have to look like today's economy.

Regarding eating well I would like to point you in this direction.

Given the degree of the overall SHTF, I've found it necessary to remain in Hillary Ignore mode.

Murst!

Reminds me of my college days.

Of course macaroni and cheese is probably beneath Casey, just like ramen.

I still eat Mac & Cheese and Ramen - without sausages of course.

Well, I don't have a terribly large yard so I like to keep food products with a long shelf life on hand - like Mac&Cheese and space age Indian food.

Yes, I like the linky, but the general stupidity involving the election has become so tiresome (and the weather has been so outdoors-y) I remain in politics ignore mode - or more specifically Hillary ignore mode.

BTW I saw some cute baby seals today.

The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster doesn't like HC either.

P.S. My macaroni tree doesn't look at all well this year.;) More bush-like than tree-like. Yuck ::shudders:: I said bush, ick.

Tree frog found alive in spinach packet

That's one lucky tree frog! I wonder how me people would have just washed him down the garbage disposal rather than bring him to a wildlife sanctuary...
