After an extended hiatus Aspeth posted 2007 Year in Review. Maybe she'll write about the Bollywood film in the new year...
In unrelated news I thought this artwork was interesting. The dogs remind me a bit of my little monsters who just tore apart the hibiscus I've been carefully nursing from the frost.

Don't count on it... I think the Bollywood post is the Duke Nukem Forever of blogging.
Happy new year!
Happy new year to you too! While it's really only a fairly arbitrary number, I do like the feeling of a fresh new year ahead.
Speaking of time and numbers, I read an interesting factoid today. In ancient Japan an hour was equal to two European hours so there were only 6 hours instead of 12 and they were counted backwards in the order 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4.
In vaguely Casey related news: Nomadic by Nature: Santa Barbara’s Parking Program For Those Who Live in Their Cars
The canine demolition squad strikes again, eh?
Re the Santa Barbara article: While I'm not aware of any support programs, Seattle has seen growing colonies of people living in their cars in recent years.
On the bright side, this is the dawning of the age of aquarius
@Ogg,
Yeah, I can't figure out Akubi's fixation on hibiscus demolition. Overall, I think cars make more sense if they're multi-purpose solutions.
@Edgar,
I thought that already happened in the late 60's and all we were left with was flakey Boomer parents and high divorce rates.
Hmmm, if I'm a cancer who likes seafood and alive for this one isitallgood?
Hi akubi,
Those doggies look like chihuahuas. How 'bout some nice Taco Bell?
You asked:
Hmmm, if I'm a cancer who likes seafood and alive for this one isitallgood?
It is all good 4 U.
@Edgar,
Yeah, they aren't as fluffy as Poms, but they have a similar mischievous look in their eyes. Can the Age of Aquarius save the wolves in Wyoming or will Darth Cheney overrule it?
