@Edgar,
I would say they definitely did not eat the same meal. The guy at the top appears to have eaten oatmeal while the girl below him ate Cup O Noodles. However, the guy in the middle *might* have consumed the same breakfast as the dog. The one at the bottom definitely ate an Egg McMuffin.
