Non-passive W-2 income is for loosers™ and I’m one of them - so there! I’ve been so busy with this data conversion over the weekend that my condo smells like a f-ing kennel. I need more space for my pets and/or a reliable housecleaner. A pool to throw my stinky dogs in would be ideal (the HOA doesn’t allow it in the "community" pool - yet little kids can blow their nose all over the place), but I don’t often see pools within the context of the ideal pre-WWII house I keep looking for.

I'm all around pretty pissed off. The elitist Boomer, asshats in Marin voted against BART before I was even f-ing born. They didn't want "undesirables" in their POS neighborhood where kids from Bolinas beat up crazy homeless guyz (when they are crazy too).
Well, guess what motherfuckers? There are tons of "undesirables" who have cars these days - and they regularly shoot their guns here and there - and everywhere and YOU hire them for Cheap Labor.
I get so annoyed with the lack of high speed rail around here.
