Allergic to Everything - don't follow me..
Follow me by =5yearcheddar
Probably due to all the allergy-inducing particulates in the air these days, I woke up late feeling somewhat shitty yet also in need of getting stuff done like fixing my fence.
Casey probably accomplished more than I today.
I’d like to get back to the book I wasted time on so I’ll keep it short. I measured the various dimensions of my fence that has been broken since January and puzzled over the ways it might be fixed, but it was too hot to think too much about. After returning to more manageable stuff I hate to deal with yet do – like laundry and toilet cleaning – I realized the hardware store would soon close and the fence would not be remotely fixed.
When I reached the hardware/lumber store all I really cared about was a few strong pieces of wood to hold my fence up for now. Well, I found some sweet deals in the misfit bargain area and left having paid only $3.20.
One of the pieces of redwood was particularly long and challenging to fit in the car so a Rosie the riveter sort of lesbian circa my mom’s era gave me a hand – and broke the future fence post in the process. Itwasallgood though because Rosie the Riveter knew that hardware store backwards and forwards and called the sales guy over to replace the broken one with a decent one. Perhaps she didn’t realize I was only foraging through the cheap crappy pile in the first place, but I left with some pretty solid future fence posts.

You may be right... recently, I've had 100% success at napping, eating meals prepared by my Mom, and finding shiny gold nuggets in my inbox.
As far as my other unofficial job, I've been working like a dog -- almost literally, since I'm usually on all fours. ;-)
@Casey,
I would have thought the lady with the big tits, gas mask and Orange Crush would have repulsed you.
I know what you mean about the allergies. I've been really congested lately.
@Ogg,
Isn't the babe carrying Orange Crush a sweet find?
Sweet, and very unusual.
Speaking of sweet, my catz (who have been squabbling a bit lately) are curled up asleep together on their red blanket.
Did you forget the shiitake mushrooms?
P.S.
McCain is so boring and stupid I couldnt't give a rat's ass about the oldfart.
It turns me on to suck bullets up my asshole.

Nice work grasshopper. The easiest way to make money: "Buy right", of course free is preferable, but being stingy with your money will serve you well.
Regarding allergies, does the FDA currently approve of any product which treats allergies to thrift, responsibility, honesty, and hard work?
If so, let me know so I can avoid it... it'd be like poison, I tells ya! ;-)
@ Akubi:
I do seem to have forgotten something.
@ Casey:
No, but some folks seem to think you can pray the gay away. Maybe the same thing would work for your allergies.
In other news, the cable company set me up with a universal remote when they came by yesterday. It's very tacky, especially the huge button in the middle for ordering pay per view, but it has one feature that I appreciate. It's got a prominent "all on" button that turns everything on in one shot. It's a small thing, but it's nice not to have to turn the TV and cable box on separately.
And to think that when I was a kid, I had to get up and walk across the room to change the channel...
Speaking of when I was a kid, I remember wondering how they got all those different films to fit inside the TV. This was in the day when the school would show educational programs on reel to rell film, rather than videotape.
I should have figured KC knew an easier way. ;P
Hi everyone,
I've been offline at the beach, nursing a bit of a sunburn and still catching up on everything.
Also, I've probably watched more golf in the past couple of days than I have in my whole life. While it started out being a humoring my step-dad for Father's Day sort of thing, I have to admit this U.S. Open was pretty exciting. More later.

The CONgreffs is f@cked. This country is going down the shitter. Excuse my French, but she pisses me off.
